RTD Sensor

RTD sensors are used to measure temperature by changing resistance proportional to temperature. RTD designs are available with a basic temperature element as well as fully packaged assemblies. These so-called RTD probes consist of the RTD sensor element, a sheath or housing, epoxy or filler, extension wire, and sometimes connectors or terminations for various applications.
